Life here · Marqann Editorial
Find a place for the life you actually live.
Beyond the view, think about an ordinary Tuesday. The right home has room for that, too.
Start with your everyday.
Write down the routines you want a home to support: a quiet morning, a comfortable workspace, school runs, cooking for friends or a walk outside. Use those routines to build your shortlist before beautiful photography takes over.
Spend time in the surroundings.
Visit the area at times that matter to you. Listen, walk the routes you expect to use and see how the place feels beyond the property gate. Ask about access and services, then verify what is important to your daily life.
Give your priorities an order.
Separate essentials from nice-to-haves. A terrace may be negotiable; a usable workspace or an accessible entrance may not be. Keep a few notes after each viewing so the homes remain distinct in your memory.
